This Privacy Notice for Ariolu LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including visiting ariolu.com or using our mobile applications (Line Ninja, Axolotl, Reaction Lab, Text Simplifier, and related products).

Text Simplifier sends only the text you type to a third-party source so the rewrite can run. Nothing else is sent. No personal data is collected by that app.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services or contact us. This may include:

Usernames and Passwords
Email addresses and Phone numbers
Payment Data: Handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not store or see your payment instrument numbers. Their notice: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, and for security/fraud prevention.

We process your personal information to facilitate account creation, authentication, and to protect an individual's vital interests (such as preventing harm).

3. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

In Short: We only process data when we have a valid legal reason (Consent, Legal Obligations, or Vital Interests).

EU and UK residents: Under GDPR, we rely on specific legal bases to process your data. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Canadian residents: We may process your information with express or implied consent, or in specific legal circumstances without consent (e.g., investigations, witness statements).

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE DATA?

Offer Walls: Our applications may display a third-party hosted "offer wall." This allows advertisers to offer virtual items in exchange for completing offers. A unique identifier (User ID) will be shared with the provider to prevent fraud and credit your account.

Business Transfers: Data may be shared during negotiations of any merger or sale of company assets.

5. AI-BASED PRODUCTS

In Short: We offer tools powered by AI through third-party providers like OpenAI.

Our AI Products are designed for functions such as AI bots. Your input data is processed by AI Service Providers to enable these features. You must not use AI Products in a way that violates the policies of our AI Service Providers.

6. DATA SAFETY FOR MINORS

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If we learn that personal information from a minor has been collected, we will deactivate the account and delete the records immediately. If you are aware of such data, contact us at ariolu@ariolu.com.

7. UNITED STATES PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, or other participating states, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by these laws for commercial purposes.

8. INTERNATIONAL REGIONS

EEA, UK, and Switzerland: You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability. You may complain to your local data protection authority.

Australia and New Zealand: We process data according to the Privacy Act 1988 (AU) and Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

9. DO-NOT-TRACK (DNT)

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
